Project details
The goal of the NeuroBank Core is to facilitate human brain research.
Hands-on experience with processing human postmortem brain specimens and preparing tissue culture for the broader neuroscience communities.
Students will assist with the technical aspects of human biobanking, including STEM outreach, preparation of materials, conducting research projects, and data entry.



  • Sophomore year preferred.
  • Science courses/background preferred.
  • GPA of 3.2+.
  • A strong interest in neuroscience and human brain disorders is required.
  • Applicants should have strong organizational skills.
  • Works well in a team

Time Commitment
8-10 hours over the course of a week.
